Why do some prescriptions not appear in the Health Record or in the search result?

The prescriptions displayed in the Health Record or in the search result are those that are refillable and/or have been refilled recently. Prescriptions that have not been refilled for a while may not appear.

If you want to refill a prescription that does not appear in the Health Record, make a search using the prescription number and then click Add.

Attention! The list of prescriptions displayed in the Health Record does not replace your medications list provided by your pharmacist.
