Do you need a tuberculin skin test (TST)? You can make an appointment in a pharmacy.
The TST is used to determine whether a person has been exposed to tuberculosis bacteria. The test is neither a treatment nor a vaccine and can be used for a variety of reasons.
Please note that the test requires a 2nd visit to the pharmacy 48 to 72 hours after the 1st appointment.
