Jean Coutu Health account: new login method

A new connection method will be required the next time you log in to access your Health Record, whether via the Jean Coutu website or the Jean Coutu Health mobile application.

The Jean Coutu account becomes the Jean Coutu Health account

Your Jean Coutu account you used to log into your Health Record with is now called Jean Coutu Health. It is the same account with the same associated information.

New name, same account.

You can use the same login and password as before, and don't need to ask your pharmacist for a new access code. All the information already associated with your account will be retained.

How can I log into my Health Record?

Here are the steps to follow the next time you log in.


Step 1

Use the same username and password already associated with your Jean Coutu account.


Step 2

Confirm your identity using the code you will have received at the e-mail address associated with the account.


Step 3

Consult and accept the updated privacy policies.


Step 4

If necessary, we will ask you to change your password to comply with the new enhanced security criteria.

The password must contain:

  • At least 10 characters
  • One lowercase letter
  • An uppercase letter
  • A number
  • A special character
