Focus on an anti-fatigue care routine

If the last few months have left signs of fatigue on your face, don’t despair. Fight back! Start by giving yourself a little boost of radiance. One great way is by integrating moisturizers and toning formulas into your routine to plump up your skin while stimulating microcirculation. It’s also an ideal combination for reducing dark circles and puffiness and filling in wrinkles! Your computer camera won’t believe how great you look!

To help smooth out and rejuvenate your skin quickly, try applying a serum to your face, neck and décolleté a few minutes before applying your makeup.

Focus on an anti-fatigue care routine

Time for a little makeup magic.

1. Boost your complexion

Because your eyes will be the focus of your look, you want to enhance their radiance as much as possible. Choose a foundation and a concealer with translucent coverage for a fresh, even complexion that offers a natural effect. Pssst! For best results, use a light touch when applying them.

2. Keep your eyes on the prize

  • Start by applying a golden liquid eye shadow to your upper eyelid and blending it towards the brow bone before it dries.
  • Next, create a smoky effect by dabbing a little black eyeshadow onto the edge of your upper lashes, blending it gradually towards the centre of your eyelid, the outer corner and the brow bone. This will help accentuate the texture and depth of your golden eyeshadow.
  • Accentuate the radiance by adding an extra touch of gold to your upper eyelid, over the black, and into the corner of your eye.
  • Add definition to your eyes by drawing a black line along your upper lashes and stretching it upwards towards the outer corner, like a cat's eye.
  • Apply one or two coats of mascara and you're almost done! To finish, just retouch the foundation and add a little concealer to erase the eyeshadow spots and hide any remaining shadows.
2. Keep your eyes on the prize

Not really into the smoky eye look? Or maybe you’d rather go for some glitter? Just choose the amount of black eyeshadow that’s right for you, or even skip that step completely if you prefer. The same goes for the dark line. Feel free to draw it on as thick or thin as you like, whatever feels right. After all, it’s your eye candy, so make it look sweet!

3. When it comes to your lips, be discreet

Given the fact that you have to wear a mask, your lips aren’t always visible, so you can’t really go wrong if you choose a matte nude formula, which adds a little tint without oversaturating your lips. If you really want to add dimension, dab on a little extra red to the centre of your lips, taking care to choose a shade close to your natural colour.

4. The final touch: glowing cheeks

Apply a touch of matte pink makeup under your cheekbones to enhance them, then accentuate the overall effect of your makeup by colouring your temples. Go over the same areas a second time, using a glossy beige to create a subtle glow that won’t steal the show from your eyes.

4. La touche finale : on illumine les joues

For the areas of your face covered by a mask, choose long-lasting products without dyes, that will last all day without staining your mask.
