Wherever you travel, a basic health kit is a must; first aid supplies and medications are not always readily available in other countries. When you pack, don’t forget to include the most practical medications, just in case.

The following items are essential to any travel kit:

  • Nausea and diarrhea medication;
  • Rehydration sachets in case of diarrhea;
  • Pills for muscle aches and fevers;
  • Anti-allergy tablets;
  • Antibiotic cream;
  • Sunscreen;
  • An unbreakable thermometer.

Consult your pharmacist if you need some advice on putting your travel kit together.
