Description
- We can conduct the screening test and prescribe a treatment, if required. You don't need a prescription for this service.
- This test must be prescribed by your doctor or a trained professional. Please bring your prescription to the pharmacy appointment.
- If you have a prescription, please bring it to your appointment.
- The appointment includes an eligibility assessment for the test. The test may not be required.
Fees
- Fees may apply. Your insurance may reimburse some or all of them.
- The fee is $ 40.00 per person and does not include the cost of medication, if required.

- 20 minutes
- For each additional person: 15 more minutes

- We cannot provide the service if you have a seizure disorder.
- We cannot provide the service if you are unable to swallow your saliva.
- We cannot provide the service if you are unable to open your jaw.
- We cannot provide the service if you are immunosuppressed.
- We cannot provide the service if you are a transplant recipient.
- We cannot provide the service if you have had antibiotic treatment for pharyngitis in the last month.
