Description
- The first appointment is for needs assessment. The vaccination will take place at a later date.
Fees
- The consultation fees are $40.00 per person and do not include the cost of medications or vaccines.
- The consultation is offered by a nurse and some fees may apply.
- Consultation fees may apply. The amount to pay for the necessary medications or vaccines varies according to your insurance coverage.
Duration
- 35 minutes
- For each additional person: 10 more minutes
- Plan to stay 15 minutes following the injection of a vaccine.
