Y EAU FRAÎCHE kicks off with a chilled splash of lemon primofiore, cold-pressed from the first, intensely fragrant crop of lemons. Spiked with a twist of ginger and a pinch of pepper, the sun-bright citrus introduces the aromatic core of Y.

With its facets of mint, litchi and lemongrass, geranium is the cooler, tougher brother of roses. Just as elegant as its sister, but with none of the frills, it's been a man's man flower ever since the very first fougère was launched in the 19th century. An energizing whiff of crushed peppermint leaves boosts its freshness. A clutch of gin-cool juniper berries adds its bracing bite.
