1. The straw contains a one-way valve to prevent spills. This straw must be activated before first use. Locate the valve inside the upper portion of the straw and squeeze to activate it.
2. To reseal the straw, pinch the sides together and slide your fingers along the length of the straw. Secure the top cap to the straw.
3. Check to ensure no gaps or openings for a proper leak-proof seal.
4. Insert the straw into the lid until the arrows aligned. Turn the tether away from the edge.
Note: The lid does not need to be screwed.
5. Fill the cup with drinking water. To ensure a leak-proof seal, push the lid firmly down.
6. To prevent leaking or spilling while not in use, push the spout down gently on the tip position
until the tip is secured by the release tab.
7. To open, press the release tab to free the spout.
Cleaning:
1. Remove the lid by pulling straight up from the cup. The lid does not need to be unscrewed.
2. Pull the straw from the lid.
3. Remove the top cap, then open the straw lengthwise at the seam by pulling the sides apart.
Note: Wash all parts in mild soapy water or on the top rack of the dishwasher. Allow parts to dry completely before reassembling.
To prevent burns, do not microwave the cup or use with hot liquids. Discard and replace at first sign of damage.
Always check temperature before drinking.
Do not use with carbonated beverages or pulpy juices.
Do not let child walk or run while carrying the cup.
Do not let child play, bite or chew on the straw and lid.
Do not leave child unattended during use. Always use with adult supervision.
Discard all packaging components before giving to the child.
Parent must assemble before giving to child.
