Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve contents of one packet into 236 ml (1 cup) of hot water and stir briskly. Consume entire drink while hot, within 10-15 minutes. Take one packet (dose) every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours.

Children under 12 years old: do not use.

Liver warning: This product contains Acetaminophen which may cause severe or possibly fatal liver damage if you take more than the recommended dose in 24 hours, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, while drinking 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day.
Symptoms of liver damage may include: yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, unusual tiredness, loss of appetite.
Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen or dextromethorphan, if you are allergic to acetaminophen.
If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (drugs for depression or Parkinson's disease) or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have: chronic lung conditions or shortness of breath, a cough with excessive phlegm (mucus), persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema (these could be signs of a serious condition), liver, kidney, heart or thyroid disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, take the blood thinning drug warfarin, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Stop use and ask a doctor if pain lasts for more than 5 days, fever lasts for more than 3 days, sore throat pain is severe, persists more than 2 days, symptoms worsen or persist more than 1 week, you develop fever (>38°C), persistent headache, rash, you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless.
Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough medicine to seriously harm a child.
In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away. Quick medical attention is critical even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
