Directions for use: For full instructions, warnings and precautions, please see inner side of carton.

Cleaning: Wash, rinse and dry your hands thoroughly before handling your lenses. Place each lens in the palm of your hand and pour on a few drops of Multi-Purpose Solution. Gently rub both sides of the lens with the tip of your forefinger for 15-20 seconds.

Rinsing: After cleaning, rinse your lenses thoroughly with Multi-Purpose Solution.

Disinfection: Place lenses in a clean lens case and fill with Multi-Purpose Solution. Close lens case tightly. Leave lenses to soak for at least four hours or overnight. Do not rinse contact lenses or lens case with water directly from the tap.

The weekly use of triple action enzyme tablets or protein remover tablets may not be necessary. Please consult your contact lens practitioner.

Storage: Store between 15-30^°C.

Do not smoke, chew tobacco, use snuff, or use nicotine patches or any other form of nicotine while using nicotine gum.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Consult your doctor before using this product if you have or have had heart, thyroid, circulation, stomach, or throat or mouth problems, angina, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, high blood pressure, or if you are taking insulin or any prescription medicine. Also, if you have had stomach ulcer or diabetes, a sodium restricted diet, heart disease, recent heart attack, or irregular heartbeat (Nicotine can increase heart rate).
Discontinue using nicotine gum and consult your doctor if: You experience irregular heart beat, chest pain or leg pain occurs or if severe persistent stomach upset develops; you develop symptoms of overdose including nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, cold sweat, dizziness, disturbed hearing and vision, mental confusion, rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing and weakness; if you have difficulty reducing the quantity of gum.
Do not use for more than six months without consulting a doctor.

Known adverse effects: Hiccups, stomach problems, heartburn and weight gain. Chewing the gum may cause dental fillings to loosen, aggravate other mouth, tooth and jaw problems.
