InstructionsNasal aspirator:

1. Squeeze bulb to expel air.

2. Place aspirator tip into nostril.

3. Slowly and gradually release bulb. Mucus will flow into aspirator tip as bulb expands.

4. Rinse out mucus with water.

5. Clear other nostril as explained above.

Ear syringe:

1. When recommended by a physician, use water or recommended solution at body temperature.

2. Sit holding a small basin under ear to catch returning solution. Head should be slightly tilted back.

3. Gently pull earlobe down and back to expose ear canal.

4. Place tip at opening of ear canal and gently direct upward toward side of ear canal rather than straight back toward ear drum.

5. Gently squeeze solution into canal. Never inject forcefully.WarningNasal aspirator: Use only under instructions of your physician. Never use boiling water or harsh chemical solutions. Use of anything other than plain or soapy water for cleaning may damage the product.

Ear synringe: Use only under instructions of your physician. In case of pain or dizziness, discontinue use. Do not repeat irrigation without consulting a physician. Never irrigate ears if any discharge or bleeding is noted.
