Adults only: At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–3 tablets once daily or as directed by a physician. Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use. All uses except jet lag: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

Consult a physician prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraines, depression and/or hypertension, or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications.
