Directions: adults and children 12 years of age or older.

Apply thinly and evenly to affected area, but no more than 3 to 4 times daily. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin.

Close cap tightly. Keep carton as it contains important information. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.

Do not bandage or use with a heating pad; the application of external heat such as an electric heating pad may result in excessive skin irritation or burn. Skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use in large quantities, particularly over raw surfaces or blistered areas. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Stop use and ask a doctor if: condition worsens, rash or irritation develops, symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, you experience weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, discoloured skin, or any other unusual symptoms. Children should be closely observed during and after use of this product as they are at greater risk for serious side effects. Keep this and all medication out of reach of children.
