Adolescents 9-18 years: Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Doses greater than or equal to 351 mg per day: Some people may experience diarrhea.

Medicinal ingredient: Each tablet contains:Magnesium (citrate, malate, oxide) 250 mg.
