How can I find out the status of my order?
When your order will be assembled at our distribution center and then expedited, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number for the delivery. Once your order has shipped, the information will be updated as soon as Canada Post scans the shipping label on your order at its processing plant and then starts the delivery process.
Can home delivery be made to a post office box?
There are no delivery restrictions on post office boxes. Canada Post is the only carrier that can deliver to any address.
What are the processing and delivery timelines?
Our orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post. All online orders are processed at our distribution center and not in stores.
Canada Post – Standard delivery
Free delivery for orders over $35 before taxes. $8.95 for orders under $35 before taxes. Delivered approximately in 4 to 7 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.
Canada Post – Express delivery
$14.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivered approximately in 2 to 4 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Where do I pay for my order?
When you place your order, the total value of the order will be authorized on your credit card. The transaction will only be billed for the products and quantities available once the order has been processed in store. Should you decide to purchase additional items when you come to pick up your order, they will need to be processed in a separate transaction at the cash register.
When can I pick up my order?
You will receive a notification by email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not go to the store to pick up your order before getting this notification, to avoid any inconvenience. If you placed your order before 3 PM, it will be ready in approximately 3 business hours. If the order was placed after 3 PM, it will be ready the next morning, shortly after the store opens.
How much time do I have to pick up my order?
Once your order is placed, you have 5 days to pick up your order in store. If you’re unable to pick up the order by the end of the 5th day, your order will automatically be cancelled, and the amount will be credited to the credit card used to place the initial order.
