Do not use Allegra 24 Hr if: You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. To help avoid side effects and ensure proper use, talk to your healthcare professional before you take Allegra 24 Hr. Talk about any health conditions or problems you may have, including if you: Are pregnant or nursing, have kidney disease, are 65 years of age or older. Tell your healthcare professional about all the medicines you take, including any drugs, vitamins, minerals, natural supplements or alternative medicines. The following may react with Allegra 24 Hour: Antacids that contains aluminum or magnesium hydroxide, as they may alter the effectiveness of Allegra 24 Hour. Do not take within 2 hours of taking an antacid. Do not take with fruit juices.

Medicinal ingredients: Fexofenadine hydrochloride. Non-medicinal ingredients: Each Allegra 24 Hr contains: croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, iron oxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, pregelatinized starch and titanium dioxide. Lactose-free.
