Clean and dry skin thoroughly and apply tape before activity. Back of tape is divided into sections delineated by dotted lines. To apply tape, follow detailed instructions below in numerical sequence, taking care to remove the protective film on each section only once the previous section has been correctly applied. To maintain adhesive's effectiveness, use protective film to handle tape. Anchor points (ends of tape) must be applied without stretching. Finish application by rubbing tape thoroughly to activate adhesive.

1. Identify top and bottom parts of the tape. Stretch top and bottom of section 1 slightly and place kneecap in the central hole. Apply.

2. Pull each strand of section 2 slightly upwards along the thigh and apply each directly to the front side of the thigh.

3. Proceed with section 3 in the same manner as for section 2, pulling downwards and applying to each side of the shin.

4. Stretch section 4 downwards, and apply it on the front side of the leg below the knee.

5. Stretch both sections 5 tightly and apply them to both sides of the knee.

Keep tape on when showering. Stays in place for 3 to 5 days. Remove tape slowly, preferably with warm water. Discard tape after removal.

Consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product. Not recommended for sensitive skin. Do not apply on an open wound or on skin that has been rendered sensitive by sun exposure. Wait at least 48 hours before applying on skin that has undergone hair removal. Discontinue use if rash appears.
