Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not use for more than 21 days.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have the following conditions: progressive systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, leucosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection, autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, high/low blood pressure, hormone-dependent conditions, heart conditions, diabetes, joint/muscle conditions, liver or blood conditions. Do not take this product if you are allergic to ginseng, pregnant or breastfeeding, taking immunosuppressants, or on hormone therapy. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or digoxin.

Store at room temperature in a dark, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if security seal under cap is broken or missing.

Medicinal ingredients: each capsule contains: american ginseng (panax quinquefolius, root) 300 mg extract standardized to 4% ginsenosides echinacea (echinacea angustifolia, root) 190 mg 8:1 extract equivalent to 1,520 mg dried echinacea root.

Non-medicinal ingredients (in alphabetical order): d&c yellow no. 10, fd&c blue no. 1, gelatin, magnesiumstearate, titanium dioxide.
