Read the complete label and leaflet before use and follow all the label instructions. Do not use this product in children under six years of age.

Children from 6 to under 12 years: For accurate dosing, follow instructions carefully. Shake well before use. Take 10 ml (2 tsp.) every four to six hours, as needed. Do not give more than four doses per day. Remove cap and squeeze dose into dosing cup.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the single and maximum daily dose. Overdose may cause severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not give with other products containing any of these ingredients, salicylates, or other cough/cold or pain/fever medications, or if your child is allergic to any of the ingredients. Discontinue use if allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash, or itching develop. Talk to a doctor before using with other medication, including natural health products, prescription drugs, or non-prescription drugs. Talk to a doctor if fever lasts more than three days, sore throat pain lasts more than two days, or symptoms worsen or last more than five days.

Do not use if carton is open or if printed bottle neck band is broken. Child resistant package. Store at room temperature, 15 to 30°C (59 to 86°F). Protect from light. In case of overdose: Contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite.

Medicinal Ingredients (each 5 ml or 1 teaspoon contains): Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 7.5 mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 15 mg, acetaminophen 160 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Butylparaben, cellulose, citric acid, corn syrup, FD&C Red no 40, flavour, glycerin, polysorbate 60, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, xanthan gum.
