1 - Light massage on the top of the hand. Perform large and alternating movement from the hand to the arm. Go up to the elbow, and come back to the first position by envelopping the arm. Massage the back of the hand with alternating smoothing strokes, working from the fingers towards the wirst.

2 - Turn hand, perform massage in the palm of the hand with each thumbs.

3 - Take a finger between your index and middle finger. Perform circular movements from base to the end of fingers.

4 - Join your hands in front of your nose and take a deep breath to enjoy the fraggrance and finish this moment of well-being.
