Diffusion: This is the easiest method. It requires the use of an ultrasonic diffuser that allows optimal micro-diffusion such as the Lotus Aroma diffuser.

Inhalation: Simply add a few drops of essential oil to a bowl of warm water and inhale the vapors while wearing a towel over the head. You can also perform a dry inhalation by putting a few drops on a clean handkerchief through which you breathe deeply.

Transcutaneous (skin moisturizer, massage or bath): As essential oils are not water soluble, use the Lotus Aroma unscented bath & body wash in a warm bath. For adult, blend 3 to 7 drops of essential oil in a capful of bath & body wash. For a body massage or simply as a skin moisturizer, use the Lotus Aroma unscented massage & body oil. For adult, mix 1 drop of essential oil with 7 drops of massage & body oil.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucus membranes; if contact occurs, flush with plenty of water and consult your healthcare professional immediately. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Use with precaution if pregnant or taking medication.

Kapha: Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf oil, cinnamomum cassia (cinnamon) leaf oil, abies balsamea (balsam Canada) needle oil, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil.

Pitta: Foeniculum vulgare (fennel) oil, lavandula hybrida (lavandin grosso) oil, cymbopogon martini (palmarosa) oil, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) oil.

Vata: Citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel oil, ocimum basilicum (basil) oil, boswellia carterii (frankincense) oil, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) oil.
