Home Delivery Orders Return and Guarantee
The questions and answers below only apply to the orders placed for home delivery via Canada Post and not to orders placed online to be picked up in store. Orders for home delivery are fulfilled at our distribution center and not in stores. For any questions regarding the “Buy online and pick up in store” program, please click HERE.
The refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase once the returned product has been received at our Distribution Centre and the return has been approved.
