How long does it take to obtain a refund after a return?

The refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase once the returned product has been received at our Distribution Centre and the return has been approved.

Can I go to the store to return products purchased online?

No. Online purchases, including those delivered to participating stores, cannot be returned at any store.

Contact Customer Service within 30 days after delivery of the product to obtain the procedure to follow. Make sure to keep the original packaging.

Keep the original packaging and contact Customer Service within 30 days after the product is delivered. Customer Service will send you a return label by email and tell you what procedure to follow. Online purchases, including those delivered to participating stores, cannot be returned to any store.
