The present conditions (the “Ratings & Reviews Conditions of Use”) are part of the Conditions of Use of the Website to form an integral part thereof, with the necessary adaptations. They set out the terms of use and the rules relative to the service set up by the Jean Coutu Group allowing for the publication product ratings (“Rating(s)”) and reviews (“Review(s)”) by the Users of the Website.

By submitting any content through the Jean Coutu Group's Ratings & Reviews service (“Content”), you represent and certify that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have not received any remuneration in connection with the Content;
• you are the sole author of the Content and own the intellectual property rights in this regard;
• the Content is accurate and does not conflict with any right, law, regulation or order;
• the public use of the Content does not violate the present Ratings & Reviews Conditions of Use, the Conditions of Use of the Website, nor cause prejudice to any third party;
• the Content does not contain any computer virus, Trojan horse, computer worm or other file or software that could be harmful, disruptive or destructive or that could place an unreasonable or excessive burden on the Website's infrastructure; and
• you do not use any process, method, or procedure to monitor, copy, summarize, or otherwise retrieve information from the Website.

In general, Ratings and Reviews are published on Website within five business days. The Jean Coutu Group allows Content expressing positive or negative opinions about products. However, the Jean Coutu Group reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse, modify or delete any Content, including (but not limited to) when it is of the opinion that such Content:

• violates these Ratings & Reviews Conditions of Use or the Conditions of Use of the Website;
• contains personal information about a person;
• contains vulgar, offensive, threatening, hateful, racist, defamatory or indecent language;
• contains critical or derogatory opinions about other Reviews or their author;
• contains any form of advertisement;
• contains URLs or refers to other articles, offers or websites other than the Website; or
• is not suitable for a public forum.

By submitting any Content, you agree that it becomes the exclusive property of the Jean Coutu Group. You also agree not to assert any right of ownership in relation to such Content (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, unfair competition claims, moral rights or rights under an implicit contract) and hereby waive all such rights in favour of the Jean Coutu Group and the right to receive any cash consideration or other compensation in connection therewith.
