Standard home delivery is currently free with any order of $35 or more before taxes.
Delivery in participating stores is currently available for any order of $15 or more before taxes. The service is free.
It is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
The billing address of your order must match the address associated with your credit card in order to ensure the transaction is authorized.
The Jean Coutu gift card and AIR MILES® Reward Miles cannot be used to pay for your purchases online.
All your purchases are eligible to get AIR MILES® miles, even products on promotion.
$15* = 1 mile
Obtain 1 mile per $15* of cumulative purchases per week (from Saturday to Friday) at all Jean Coutu branches and for online purchases with a billing address in Quebec or New Brunswick only.
Purchases billed outside Quebec or New Brunswick are not eligible for AIR MILES® miles.

For home delivery, when your order will be assembled at our distribution center and then expedited, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number for the delivery.
For an order that will delivered in a participating store, you will receive an email when your order has been delivered to the store and is ready to be picked up.
By creating a Jean Coutu account, you can track your order’s status in real time.
Once your order has shipped, the information will be updated as soon as Canada Post scans the shipping label on your order at its processing plant and then starts the delivery process. Potential delays with Canada Post are unfortunately out of our control.
It is possible to cancel an order as long as it has not started being processed at our distribution center. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service. It is also possible to know an order’s status in your Jean Coutu account. Cancelled orders cannot be reactivated.
