1. Empty the content of a sachet into 3/4 of a cup (185 ml) of lukewarm tap water. The solution is formulated to be used for 7 consecutive days at room temperature.2. Rinse dental appliance with lukewarm tap water before soaking to remove any food particles.3. Soak dental appliance 15 minutes per day.4. Rinse dental appliance thoroughly 1 minute with lukewarm tap water, while brushing with a soft-bristle toothbrush.Initial use:If the dental appliance has never been cleaned with Novadent, or the treatment is interrupted for more than 2 weeks, soak the dental appliance in the cleansing solution for 8 hours or overnight to make it smooth and clean. Then discard the solution and prepare a new solution that will last 7 days.
