Thoroughly cleanse and dry feet. Open packet; remove and carefully unfold socks. To open, cut along the top edge of each sock just below the horizontal seal area. Place one foot inside each sock.NOTE: Be sure to place foot inside the cotton liner (skin should not be touching the plastic outer layer). For each sock, peel yellow sticker off front tab, then wrap and secure lab anywhere on sock. Let feet sit in socks for 15-20 minutes. Remove feet from socks and massage in any excess liquid. Let dry.DO NOT walk while using this product. Do not reuse this product. Dispose of used socks and packet in household waste.
