Wrap around the knee, and attach the bottom Velcro® first. Detach removable hinges on each side, and place them to properly stabilize knee ligaments (step 1). Make sure the opening on the knee brace is around the patella before attaching the top Velcro® (step 2). You should be able to bend your knee without blocking blood circulation.
