Put on the support and pull on the Fix-LocTM closure straps at once by using the Velcro® tab.The brace should be adjusted tightly but remains comfortable (étape 1).The adjustable tention strap should provide a figure eight by contouring the malleolus, the heel and the ankle. The brace should fit snugly with no gaps or bulges on the ankle. Use the Velcro® tab to secure closure (étape 2).Wear socks for sweat absorption. If you wear two braces, mark each support, left or right, to ensure optimal adjustment.
