Shake before each use. Place the tip of the applicator at the base of one nostril. Do not insert the tip/applicator more than ½ cm. Press gently to dispense spray. Repeat with other nostril. Blow or wipe nose after use. 1 spray = 140 mg = 0.14 mlAdults (19 years +):1 – 2 sprays per nostril.Use 1 – 3 times (max) per day.
