Adults: Drink 3 infusions daily, 1 sachet per infusion.Directions: Slowly pour boiling water over sachet and allow to steep for 5 minutes, preferably covered. If desired, sweeten with honey.Recommended duration of use: Do not use for more than 7 days. For occasional use only. Take 2 or 3 times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily.
