Lavender essential oil can be used in a diffuser, during a bath, by steam inhalation or by direct inhalation. Moreover, when diluted, it can be applied behind ears, on the solar plexus, the temples, joints and on sore muscles as well as with a compress. Instructions for dilution: mix 1 to 5 drops of essential oil with 5 mL (1 tsp) of vegetable oil.
