Dosage: Adults = 18 years: Not for oral use. For occasional use only. Direct inhalation: Apply 1 to 6 drops to a handkerchief/tissue and inhale up to 3 times per day. Local appli- cation: Mix 2 to 3 drops with 5 ml of vegetable oil and apply to targeted area up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oil undiluted directly on the skin.
