Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry. Remove clear backer from adhesive side of insert. With arch to the inside of the shoe, align heel of insert with the heel of your shoe. Press insert into shoe with sticky gel side down. Do not move insert from shoe to shoe, as this will destroy the adhesive. Easily and cleanly removable without damaging shoes. Replace inserts every 3 to 6 months as needed. Note that insert may not stick to certain types of shoe surfaces, such as fabric.
