Wash and dry affected area thoroughly. Insert spreader between toes needing realignment. Small size fits best between 2nd-3rd, 3rd-4th,4th-5th toesAfter each use, clean the spreader with mild soap, rinse with clear water and let air dry. Once the spreader is dry, sprinkle with cornstarch power, as needed.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not wear spreader for more than 18 consecutive hours. Don't apply on an open wound. Discontinue use in case of discomfort, irritation or if you have circulatory problems.
