Wash and dry affected area thoroughly. Insert a toe separator to minimize toe pressure. Medium-large size fits best between 1st and 2nd toes.After each use, clean the separator with mild soap, rinse with clear water and let air dry. Once the separator is dry, sprinkle with cornstarch power, as needed.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not wear separator for more than 18 consecutive hours. Don't apply on an open wound. Discontinue use in case of discomfort, irritation or if you have circulatory problems.
