Wash and dry affected area thoroughly. Slide loop onto long toe or middle toe, makingsure to direct largest part towards big toe, then adjust support for comfort.After each use, clean the support with mild soap, rinse with clear waterand let air dry. Once the support is dry, sprinkle with cornstarch powder, as needed.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not wear separator for more than 18 consecutive hours. Don't apply on an open wound. Discontinue use in case of discomfort, irritation or if you have circulatory problems.
