Daily hygiene in children 2 years and older: 1 spray in each nostril 2 to 6 times daily.Directions: Place the nasal applicator on the container. Lay the child down and turn the child's head on its right side. Slowly insert the applicator into the left nostril (do not insert the applicator more than 1/4 of an inch into the nostril). Press on the bottle. Turn the child's head on its left side and insert the applicator into the right nostril. Repeat procedure in the same way. Carefully clean the nasal applicator after each use. If using the container for the first time, remove the cap by pulling the tab to remove the safety seal, then fix the applicator.
