Blow your nose to eliminate mucus before using the nasal spray. Place the nozzle at the base of the nostril and press on the bottle. Do not insert the applicator more than 1/4 of an inch into the nostril. Do not inhale as you spray. Blow nose after use. For children age 6 and older, place the child's head over a sink, slant the child's head forward, and turn it to the right. After spraying the left nostril, repeat the same procedure for the right nostril by turning the child's head to the left. Carefully clean the nasal applicator after each use. Not to be used in children under 6 or by women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or trying to conceive. If using the container for the first time, remove the safety cap by pushing it forward with the thumb, then fix the applicator.
