Heating instructions:1) Place in clean carousel microwave. To prevent overheating of the bag, microwave in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached. After each 30-second increment, remove the bag from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds. Total heating time should not exceed 2 minutes.2) Make sure temperature is comfortable to the touch before applying to your body. Fit the bag comfortably on any body prat or treatment area.Freezing instructions:Place in freezer for at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer and apply directly to the body. The bag may be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer.Care instructions:Bead pouch insert: Spot clean only. Do not submerge in water.
