Slip either end of tubing into the adaptor cap. Slip vaginal pipe into other end of tubing. Suspend bottle about three feet above level of vagina. Release clamp to expel air in tubing before inserting vaginal pipe.Use: to use in shower, stand with feet apart. To use in bathtub, recline in tub, knees slightly bent apart. To use on toilet, lift one thigh while in seated position. While maintaining one of these positions: gently insert vaginal pipe into vagina.
