- This product is air activated. To activate, open packet by hand (Do not cut) and expose to air. - Open the packet when ready to use the product. The self-warming packet will take 30 minutes to achieve maximum heat.- Remove wrap's protective backing and stick the adhesive side on the skin next to the affected area. - After use, dispose in normal household waste. Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
