Directions : Adults, adolescents (15 years and older): For external use only. Shake the roll-on well before use, then apply thinly and evenly to the sensitive area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet…), 3 times per day. Massage until thoroughly absorbed into skin. The massage roll-on ball is ideal for self-massaging localised areas. Finish off with a manual massage if needed, if this is the case, wash your hands after use. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. For use beyond 7 days, consult a health care practitioner.

Cautions and warnings: Keep out of reach and sight of children. Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by individuals with a history of seiures or epilepsy, or by those with an allergy to one of the ingredients or to salicylates.
