Do not give your child more than directed (see liver warnings). Follow instructions carefully to administer the correct dose. If possible, dose according to weight, otherwise use age (use the chart on the packaging to establish the appropriate dose). Store at room temperature, 15 to 30°C. Protect from light. Children aged 2-11: Shake well, remove cap and squeeze dose into the enclosed measuring cup that has been specially designed for use with these products. Children's Tylenol® Suspension Liquids are not the same concentration as Infant's Tylenol® Concentrated Drops. Single dose may be repeated every four to six hours as needed. Do not give more than five doses per day.

Liver warning: Acetaminophen may cause severe or possibly fatal liver damage if your child takes more than the recommended dose in 24 hours, or with other drugs containing acetaminophen.Symptoms of liver damage may include yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite.Allergy alert: Acetaminophen may cause serious skin reactions. Symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters, and/or rash. If any of these symptoms occur, stop use and seek medical help right away.Do not use with any other drug containing acetaminophen, or if your child is allergic to acetaminophen or any other ingredient in this product. If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist.Keep out of the reach of children. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not take if allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor if your child develops allergic wheezing, their symptoms last for more than five days, or fever lasts more than three days. Very rarely, serious skin reactions with acetaminophen have been reported. Symptoms may include: skin reddening, blisters, and rash. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away.Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if your child has a serious liver or kidney disease or uses any other medications, including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates, or other pain and fever relief medications. Do not use if carton seal or bottle neck band is broken. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms, such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite.
