Use on dry, unwashed hair. Before you apply, squeeze the tube gently until you see a small amount of product come out between each of the teeth of the comb applicator. During the application, continue to squeeze the tube to ensure an even flow of product. Start where hair is grayest, usually the temples and front hairline. Then comb product through evenly from front to back of head and from side to side using the comb applicator to spread. Make sure all your hair is thoroughly combed through. Don’t forget the back and sides. Wait 5 minutes. The product will be instantly activated by oxygen in the air. The color of the product will turn very dark. This is normal and has nothing to do with the color you will get with Touch Of Gray. Start timing yourself after application is completed. Use timer, clock, or watch. Don’t worry if you leave the product on for more than 5 minutes, it will not turn darker with more time. Rinse, shampoo, dry, and style. In shower, rinse hair thoroughly with warm water until water runs clear. Shampoo (preferably one made for colour-treated hair) and rinse again. Dry and style as usual.
