The Mois des Câlins, 2017 Edition, for the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation
For the 11th straight year, stores affiliated with the Jean Coutu network in Quebec and Clarins joined forces to raise money for the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation from January 18 to February 14, 2017. For each Clarins "Rose Câlins" Lip Perfector that was sold, $10 was donated to the Foundation to fund major projects such as the Children's Neurodevelopmental Institute. This year's campaign was a huge success once again, raising more than $300,000! We sincerely thank everyone who contributed directly or indirectly to this campaign.

As part of the 8th edition, over 17 000 Thingamaboobs were sold at Jean Coutu pharmacies throughout Quebec, raising $86 835 for the Canadian Cancer Society. The Thingamaboob is an original and effective tool, a key chain, that reminds women aged 50 to 69 of the importance of getting a regular mammogram.
The Fondation du cancer du sein du Québec's 2016 campagne rose
In September 2016, Clin d'œil magazine, Caroline Néron and stores affiliated with the Jean Coutu network in Quebec joined forces to raise funds for the Fondation du cancer du sein du Québec. As a symbol of hope and perseverance, Caroline Néron's jewellery creations, for men and women, were sold in Quebec's Jean Coutu stores, for $25 and $40. For each necklace or bracelet sold, all the profits were donated to the Fondation du cancer du sein du Québec. A total of $353 340 was raised for the Fondation. We want to thank all the customers who contributed to the success of this fundraising campaign.
Opération Bonne Mine, a Society of Saint Vincent of Paul Program
Once again this year, the Jean Coutu Group is pleased to be part of the 2017 Opération Bonne Mine back-to-school program. The assistance will include coupons that can be exchanged in schools or Jean Coutu stores to help parents experiencing financial difficulties purchase school supplies. These coupons will help make the new school year easier for parents.
