How can I enroll in the AIR MILES® Reward Program?

Simply visit airmiles.ca or in-store where you can obtain a pre-activated card. Enrolment in the AIR MILES® Reward Program is free. You must be 16 years of age or older.

No. AIR MILES® miles may only be accumulated by the holder of the AIR MILES® card linked to the transaction purchases. Miles may not be given and have no surrender value.

If I do not have my AIR MILES® card or promotional coupon with me when I make my purchases, can I return to get the miles for my transaction?

To get the AIR MILES® miles customers must have their card and coupon offer at the time of the transaction. If you have forgotten your card or coupon offer, however, it is possible to have your cash register receipt initialed by the person responsible before leaving the store. You then have 14 days to return to the same store with your cash register receipt, your AIR MILES® card and request the AIR MILES® miles that had not been credited to your account.

What is AIR MILES® Cash?

This program enables you to use AIR MILES® miles from your AIR MILES Cash account to pay for your purchases when shopping at Jean Coutu or other participating partners.

How does the AIR MILES® Cash program work?

The AIR MILES® Cash program is really simple to use.

a. ACTIVATE your account and set your preference by visiting airmiles.ca/cash.

b. GET AIR MILES® miles in your AIR MILES Cash account.

c. USE your AIR MILES Cash account AIR MILES® miles to pay for your purchases at Jean Coutu or any other participating partners. For every 95 miles in your Cash account, you can pay $10 of your purchases, up to a total of $750 per day, at AIR MILES® Cash participating partners.

You can use these miles for rewards such as flights, trips, merchandise, etc. Only AIR MILES® miles in your Cash account may be used to pay for your purchases.

Yes. You can change your balance preference as often as you like by visiting airmiles.ca/cash. Your new preference will take effect at 3 a.m. EST the following day. For example, if you change your preference at 6 p.m. today, your new preference will take effect on any purchases you make after 3 a.m. tomorrow.

It’s important to keep your AIR MILES® Collector Card on your person. If you want to ensure that no one but you use instantly, you have the ability to lock and unlock your Account at any time. There are a few additional things that you should keep in mind to ensure your Collector Account is secured:

Anyone who has a Collector Card on your Account will be able to use AIR MILES® miles from your AIR MILES® Cash account in-store. The AIR MILES® Reward Program will also notify you by e-mail any time redemption is made from your AIR MILES® Cash account and when you change your account preference, so you will always be aware of your Account activity.
