The Jean Coutu Group has created several programs to reward the performance of its affiliated stores and their employees. Listed below are a few of these:

Network Seniority Recognition Program

This program recognizes the seniority of employees within the Jean Coutu Network of stores (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years).

These prizes are awarded once a year to the deserving stores:

This trophy rewards the work performed by the entire store team. It is awarded once a year to the most deserving store.

This trophy pays tribute to the store which offered an exemplary customer service.

 

Excell-Pro Trophy

Excell-Pro Trophy

This trophy rewards the laboratory that demonstrated the most initiative and motivation and that distinguished itself the most throughout the network.

 

Elite Manager Contest: This contest underscores the exceptional performance of managers of the network. In all cases, the three runner ups are chosen for their outstanding achievement in organization, their excellent personnel management skills and even more importantly a customer service of a superior level.

Recruit Manager of the Year Contest: This contest rewards the manager who is in charge of a PJC store for the first time and who demonstrates remarkable management skills on his very first year on the job.

Golf Tournament of Managers: Each year the managers of all the Jean Coutu Stores are invited to sign up to this golf tournament.
